The farmhouse lies in the upper part of Lazio region, on top of Bolsena hills in the ancient TUSCIA area.

The building is made of volcanic and tufa stones and can accommodate up to 18 people. It is composed of three independent houses, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Each house is provided with autonomous heating system, tv sat, "arte povera" style furnishings and is composed of: entrance, living room with sofabed and kitchen facilities, porch, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin room (all ortopaedic mattresses and bednets), bathrooms with shower cabin and hairdrier.

The two houses on the first floor can be modulated in order to cope with our guests' special requests.

On the ground floor there is a large lounge with big kitchen, spacious fireplace, toilet and porch. With due notice we can arrange events, meetings and ceremonies on the porch.

The swimming pool (70sq.m) provided with large restroom, two large green areas equipped with benches, and kid games is at our guests' disposal.

The farm covers a 50 hectares terrain and has been built on volcanic hills (600 metres on the sea level) which are typical of Bolsena lake. The landscape is lightly wavy and cultivated with cereals (durum and soft wheat, oats, barley and mais), oil plants (colza and sunflower) and forage plants (lucerne and clover). On our gardens you will also see sheeps pasture free.

There is no restaurant service nor typical products shops but we will advise you typical restaurants and shops where to eat or buy local products.

In our farmhouse we want to show you the typical countryside life far from the chaos of everyday city life. Finally we suggest you not to bring your watch... we have the MERIDIAN! We propose you not an idle kind of life but a relaxed one.
