Being a very suggesting residenceIl Masaccio is thought for those who try to escape from everyday routine and search for a really “different” accommodation. Situated entirely on the basement of the Villa and with its vaulted brick ceilings and stone walls, the apartment was originally used as cellar for the precious olive oil. Today, after the reconstruction, it is used as a residence composed of one bedroom and one bathroom so that it can host up to 4 guests.
A vast lounge area is furnished with two sofas (one is a sofa bed), a wengè table and 4 leather chairs, a modern functional steel kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The double bedroom located at two levels is very spacious. On the inferior level you can find a comfortable wardrobe, while on the upper floor there is a splendid bed that has a form of a boat and is covered by leather.
The apartment has terracotta flooring.
