Le Querce
The apartment Le Querce is located in the Farmhouse building on the first floor, with a private entrance through its own stone stairs.

The living room area is spacious, inviting and bright, composed by a kitchen and a sitting room. This first part of the apartment is linked through a long corridor, with two double bed-rooms furnished with rustic Lucchese style and two bathrooms (both with shower) and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The most valuable elements of this house are the original fireplace of the second bedroom, and the wonderful beamed ceilings, as witness of the past of the building, in which the apartment is fitted, besides the care had during the restoration, makes each room so characteristic.   

 

 

The apartment is equipped with all the modern comfort(Tv 21 inches, telephone, adsl connection, DVD player, washing machine with dryer and dishwasher)that join with the others facilities that the estate offers (indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, gym,sauna, tennis curt and parking)
