groundfloor On the groundfloor (135 sqm) there are 5 bedrooms and a bathroom, two rooms have the original affrescos, which have been restored by a specialized artist, they are spectacular and original 120 year old wood-floorings. Two more rooms have original designed floorings and an antique fireplace. The windows and doors are all original, completely renewed with double glazing witout loosing it’s glamour.
