Additional rooms are charged at the rate of 1/14 of the relevant season price (maximum 7 people) per person and per week.

 All above prices will include: water, gas and maid services (two hours twice a week).

The above prices shall not include: final cleaning (Euro 325.00) up to 12 persons, (Euro 27.00) for any additional person, electricity supply (if over 200 kw, per week) (charged at Euro 0.55 per kw) and additional maid services, if available (at Euro 15.00 per hour) as well as heating cost, in winter season (charged at Euro 0.85 per cubic meter of heating gas consumed).
