The villa is located in the Massa Lubrense facing the islands of Capri and the gulf of Naples. It is just above the sea, ten minute drive from Massa Lubrense and about 20 minutes from the famous 2 star michelen restaurant Don Alfonso.

The villa is built with 4 levels and is divided into two houses.

The swimming pool, 10 m x 6 m large, and 1,5 to 3,5 m deep is filled with seawater. The swimming pool has internal lights for night swimming.
