Building:
The villa is a 2 storey building: on the first floor there is a big living-room with fireplace, big windows with view on the garden surrounded by tall trees and completely enclosed in a tall hedge. 

On the same floor there is a wide kitchen completely equipped with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer; then there is a dining-room with table for 14 people.

The living-area leads to the outside of the villa where there is a lovely brick barbecue and a nice patio, ideal to dine outside.

On the same floor there are 2 master bedrooms/suites with air conditioning, each one with bathroom and bathtub, both with access to the garden. Another master bedroom with poster beds, one bathroom with bathtub and access to the garden. 

On the lower floor (garden level) there are three double bedrooms with access to the garden, three bathrooms, a big living-room with TV, table and a laundry room where you find all the equipment for the cleaning, linen change and fresh towels.
