Prices include:

external structures, swimming pool (12x6mt) with large restroom, solarium, sunbeach umbrella, deckchairs and swimming pool towel, private garden equipped with benches and kid games, barbecue.

Breakfast-basket with a booking of a minimum stay of 2 nights.

The bail amounts to  400,00€ per apartment.

The farmhouse has 12 bed-places in bedroom + further 6 bed-places in bed-settees  for a total of 18 bed –places.

The prices for a maximum of 18 bed-places will be provided on previous  request.

Every house disposes of:

bath, bed and kitchen linen (weekly change), clotheshorse, washing machine (located in an annex building), sink, iron and iron board.

Prices do not include:

heating (to be paid according to consumption). Extra cleaning (on demand) 40 €/ apartment, extra linen change (bed and bath) 10 € / person.

We will confirm reservation as soon as we receive 30% payment in advance. You are asked to pay the remaining amount of money at arrival.

Check-in: from 4 p.m. on

Check-out: within 10 a.m.

End of the year stays from 24/12 to 08/01 (at least three nights).
