Prices include: electricity and water; bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen towels changed weekly (by guest); use of tennis court and swimming pool.
Security deposit: The deposit must be paid on arrival.
Final cleaning: Price has to be considered per person with a min. of : € 120,00
The kitchen should be cleaned by the guest.
