This wonderful country house is situated in the area between Florence, Siena and Arezzo, in the valley which separates the Valdarno, the Valdichiana and the Valdambra: it is a particularly beautiful setting, where you can enjoy a fantastic view from every corner of the property.

This favourable location dominating the surrounding valley, allows the guests to spend their holidays in a peaceful and secluded place. The property dates back to the XVI century as showed in the old Papers of the Captains of the Guelfi parts: according to these documents the house was owned by Lorenzo Corboli. An attentive research of materials and careful restoration works have preserved the original features of a typical Tuscan country-house and given new life to this beautiful property.

The property has about 60 hectares of land and includes a 2 hectare olive grove, two 2 hectare vineyards and 4 hectares of walnut trees. The guests have the possibility to stroll around the huge property, discover and taste the genuine and typical products of the area such as extra virgin olive oil and red Tuscan wine.

The villa has a big garden in the sun during the day with plenty of flowers and plants elegantly arranged in flower beds with a century-old olive tree in the middle. Inside the garden there is a swimming-pool (8x16 metres) tiled with white travertine, a veranda perfect in you like to eat outside, a relax area where the guests can comfortably sit and be pampered by water jets.

A big garden , an old well, a wisteria bower, a beautiful terrace with great view, a swimming-pool, make this property an excellent location to organize events, weddings and TV series.

This charming country-house sleeps 19 people, it has a total of 9 bedrooms + bedroom for servants, 10 bathrooms. You can ask for just one part of the house or one of the 3 units situated in the garden area.

All the units have free internet access, relax area and outdoor equipment, air conditioning, heating, DVD and TV.
