The price includes:
-final cleaning and weekly change of bed linen and towels
- breakfast will be served between 8am and 10am
- exclusive use of the swimming pool , the gazebo and the garden surrounding the villa
- use of the 3 holes-driving range golf field.

On request the following services can be provided:
- weekly cleaning 12€ per hour
- dinner 40€ per person Menu: hors d’oeuvre, 2 first courses, 1 second course with vegetables, coffee, dessert, liqueurs, water and a fine local wine.

When the keys are handed over you will be asked to pay a deposit of 1000€ by cheque to the owner directly.

On request the following services can be provided: catering, transfer from the airport, car rental, extra cleaning service.
