The villa is also typical of Aeolian architecture in that the heart of the home is outside – life is lived on the terraces and in the garden of Mediterranean maquis and bougainvillea, descending towards the sea (though at present there is no direct access to the sea). Villa Panarea is on two storeys.
Accommodation consists of four bedrooms, each with air-conditioning, plasma TV screen, satellite, fridge bar and an ensuite bathroom with shower. One bedroom, on the top floor, has a private terrace. The other three, on the level below, have an independent entrance and open onto a large covered terrace.

This is the villa’s main living area with a dining area shaded by a pergola, a breakfast area and the benches known as bisuoli, typical of Aeolian architecture, built into the walls. Naturally the views are panoramic!
