The Cesano Valley
A tour from Marotta along the Cesano Valley as far as the slopes of Monte Catria, with short detours to visit some of the main villages and castles along the hillsides above the left bank.
The Meaturo Valley
A journey along the whole length of the Metauro Valley, leaving Fano and making several detours to visit the main castles on the hill ridges on either side of the lower valley and the more important towns in the central and upper valley.
