The villa is made up of 2 apartments (50 and 100 sqm) and a triple room (30 sqm). The bathroom with bathtub has been restored with masterly skill respecting Umbrian and Tuscan traditions and furnished with parquet, cotto flooring, chestnut wood and period items.

The apartments have got a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, one or two double rooms (with the chance to put 2 extra beds). Both of them are fitted with heating, TV sat, private bathroom with shower.

The residence is surely a nice stop if you are interested in visiting Umbria and Tuscany region: in fact, it is favourably situated in the middle of Umbria region quite close to important cities of art rich in history and religion such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Trasimeno Lake, Cortona, Montepulciano, Chianti area, Siena and Florence.
