Portofino is a tourist destination famous all over the world. Guy de Maupassant talking about Portofino said: "A little village stretching like an arch of the moon around a quiet basin”. The old fishermen’s village is on the promontory bay in the shape of a dolphin.

The traveller will have a stunning view of it either by the sea or by walking through the paths. A magnificent coast road connects Santa Margherita Ligure to Portofino along which the bay stands. The beach is 3km distant from Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure.

Camogli is a good starting point to reach San Fruttuoso Abbey and the "Mohawk Deer” wreck. The Cervara abbey is worth a visit and Villa Durazzo Centurione.

The property lies just in the hearth of Paraggi and comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with bath tub, a small living room, a kitchen which goes onto the open space, ideal for al fresco dinner. The house is tastefully furnished.

There are regular ferries and buses from Portofino to Santa Margherita; from Santa Margherita there are frequent trains to Camogli or other points north or south along the coast. A direct bus leaves for the 18-holes golf driving range. Regular stops at Santa Margherita and Rapallo. Daily ferries for S. Margherita Ligure, Portofino, S. Fruttuoso, the Cinque Terre. Genoa airport is a half hour- drive distant.
