The Villa is situated on a hill of olive trees which grows between the Val di Chiana and the Val di Chio.
Since the beginning of the Italian history man left traces of its presence in this
earth.
Its name comes from the different denominations which have been given in the time.
It was “Castiglione” until the XII century, became “Aretino” in the XIII, therefore
“Perugino” from 1346 to 1372.
It was then called “Fiorentino” again as a result of the acquisition of the Aretina
Republic from Florence.
It conserves its intact Medieval structure, dominated from the rocca of the Cassero,
with his majestic tower where it take his name.
From the motorway you can easily access the Villa which rises at the immediate
periphery of the historical center of Castiglion Fiorentino and is adjacent to the communal sport system, equipped of: olimpic swimming pool and a small one for children,tennis court, football field, Sport palace.
The Villa rises from an ancient building, completely restored and optimally
restructured.
The Villa is composed of one independent apartment furnished with Tuscany taste:
small kitchen with table for two people, lounge (with sofabed) and table for six
people, two double bedrooms, one bathroom with bath/shower,television, independent electrical systems, heating
and air conditioner.
