Building:
The house has two storeys on three sides and three storeys on the fourth side.
All around there are cultivated fields with wheat and sunflowers, a vineyard, a huge park with a meadow with cypresses, olive and pine trees.
A 6x12 m. swimming pool, depth 1.60 to 2.40 m., is open from May to September.
Inside, the country house has been appointed by the owners who love furniture in style (1800s until the early 1900s), the floors have red Tuscan tiles.
On the ground floor there is a very well equipped kitchen, a spacious living-room with big fireplace (open space), a TV sitting room with 2 sofas and 2 arm chairs, 1 bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom with bathtub.
Inner stairs lead to the upper storey. At the end of the stairs there is a single bedroom, it is little but very well appointed with sofa, dresser and TV.
On the same floor there is a big studio with writing desk, two arm chairs, bookcase, a big table with chessboard, a big fireplace with benches on both sides, perfect to enjoy the warmth and relax near the fire.
Moreover, on the same storey there are two big master bedrooms, another single bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower.
From the living-room situated on the ground floor there are stairs leading down to a play room, with a ping-pong table and table soccer for children.

Prices include: Linen change (bed linen and towels) once a week, hot and cold water, electricity and gas, final cleaning.
Heating in the winter period is excluded and has to be charged according to consumption.
Linen: If you stay more than a week the bed linen and towels will be changed on Saturday morning. If you wish to change them more often the cost is € 15.
Cleaning: The final cleaning is included. If you wish to get the house cleaned more often, the cleaning takes minimum 4 hours and the cost is € 12 per hour.
