The Villa is in Tuscany , in the center of the Valdichiana valley. It is 10 minutes by car far from Cortona and Arezzo and just one hour from Siena , Florence , Assisi .
By car
From the south
If you arriving from the south by the motor-way A1 go out at the exit of “Valdichiana”. Follow the directions to Foiano della Chiana. Once you have reached it follow the directions to Pozzo and Lucignano. After passing Foiano the street will fork and you have to go to the right. After about three Km, after the town of Pozzo della Chiana you will find on the right side of the road the Villa .
From the north
If you are arriving from the north by the motor-way A1 go out at the exit of “Monte San Savino”. Turn right and follow the directions to Foiano della Chiana and Marciano. Afer two Km turn right towards Marciano, go over it and follow the directions to Pozzo and after about one Km, you will find on the left side of the road the Villa .
By train
From the railway station of Arezzo you can catch the train or the bus to Foiano della Chiana.
By bus
From the terminal bus in front of the railway station of Arezzo you can catch the bus and reach Pozzo della Chiana.
